As I work on this burlap DIY advent calendar
I have been on the hunt for some cute charms to attach to the bags as to jazz them up a bit (ribbons, stenciled numbers, lace, and bakers twine to name a few). Today I was thrilled to visit one of my favorite local Christmas boutiques, Le Garage Girls, a cute little Stillwater holiday pop up shop that opens every so often with loads of vintage finds and handmade christmas gifts. I was looking for a toboggan for my upcoming family photo-shoot but found vintage bells instead and was so happy with the charm and price. 50 cents a piece and way cheaper then what I saw at Hobby Lobby for fake vintage ones.

Finding joy in looking for little things to make our families Christmas just a little more magical and filled with charm. Cheers to jingle bells and finding little treasures. I’m hoping to find time to put the whole advent calendar together soon so it’s ready come December first.
